There is something truly magical about a dancer's first pair of pointe shoes. All the blood, sweat and tears put in, hours in the studio and the journey of finding the right pair.
What happens when they are no longer wearable?
Most of us keep them. In a box under the bed or in the top of the cupboard, forgetting the magic and work that went into them.
It's time to bring them back into the light!
We will work with you on colours and styles, all aspects of our makeover are customisable and we want your shoes to reflect you!
Don't leave them in the dark any longer, bring them out and show them off.
Getting them to us - After you have purchased your makeover we will be in contact with you to supply our details. Please post them to us in a sturdy postage box with the shoes in an airtight bag. (We all know rain and pointe shoes don't mix!).
Once they arrive, we will keep you updated on the progress and when they are ready to go home we will be in contact with you to double check postage details.
Milibelle Makeover (Pointe Shoes)
1. We will check in with you prior to shipping your Milibelle Makeover home for approval, but if there are any problems with your shoes please contact us by email within 7 days and we will do our best to help you.
2. We take no responsibility for damage done during shipping. All Milibelles are shipped home inside 2 boxes, wrapped with a number of protective layers. Almost 100 Milibelles have gone home unharmed but if there are any damages please let us know and contact the shipping company.
3. Our Milibelle creatives can do small repairs in shoes before a makeover but In the event we cannot makeover your shoes due to extensive damage, they will be returned to you with a full refund of your payment, minus shipping costs.4. Purchases of pre made Milibelle's are non refundable. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind.
